I have thyroid antibodies but normal thyroid levels?

A few years back i was told i have ahigh level of thyroid antibodies but normal thyroid levels. I've had symptoms of hypothyroid, but everytime I get lab work done, all it shows are high antibodies but normal thyroid levels. I'm frustrated. the symptoms are sporadic like every 2 months i rest for 3-4 days, theni'm better . could it be something completly other tha thethyroid? maybe some other autoimmune disorder?
