Help me with a plan...!?

Hi! It's great that you're commited to starting! I think it would be great if you exercised 3-4 times a week, then worked up to every day, if you can. I'm sure you'll be able to do a lot more than you think. I suggest running, because I love it, and it burns a lot of calories. Find an exercise that you really love, or at least something that doesn't bore you to death. Try dance, pilates, yoga, weight lifting, join a sport, swim, etc. Aim for at least 30 minutes a day, then work up to an hour. As far as a meal plan, I think 1500 calories would be a realistic goal. Have 300 for breakfast, 400 for lunch, 500 for dinner, and 2 snacks of 150 calories. Don't worry if you go a little over, be it helps to have a goal. It also helps to write out everything you eat, so you can really see it. As long as you stay within your calorie goal, you can, technically, eat whatever you want, but if you only eat sweets, you will probably go over. I suggest eating lots of veggies and fruit, and not much juice, soda, candy, sweets, etc. I don't think you sould do any "diets", but just aim to be healthy because you are young and still growing. Enjoy your new body! Good luck!
