Opinion on School | College acceptances?

Hi I am 17 years old. Last year I obtained my GED at Sus Community College. My scores were: Math[96] ; Reading[95] ; Language Arts[93] ; History[82] ; Science[73] . My total score was 3100 and battery average was 620. I sent my application for a Vocational & Techical School 15 month Nursing Program to become an LPN. After I obtain that certificate for nursing I would like to apply to Rutgers for my Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing, so I can become an OB nurse. I'm a teen mom of an 8 month old baby boy and I absolutely adore my son and LOVE being a mother, I was also extremely excited during my pregnancy and even lived in a pregnancy home for a few months taking cles on parenting, labor|delivery, newborn care .. ect. so thats why I really want to be an OB nurse. Now my questions are .. Do you think my GED scores are high enough for this Vocational & Techical School? If I already have my LPN certificate, would i need to take any SATS to further my education in nursing?
