Does it bother you when and where cell phones are being used?

i hate seeing a car swerve all over the road and see miss britney want to be texting and applying make up. i hate being in the store and having someone conferring with their loved one in another store over the price of peanut er, and the biggest one, i hate being talked to and find out their sitting on the pot! is it just me? i have a cell phone, but come on...
