What are your thoughts on Dennis Lillee's comments on India's pace attack?

Preparation of pitches have been India's problem for quite some time. There seems to be a loss of corporate memory, current curators appear to be of the opinion they need to produce less than optimal pitches for spin to take precedence. This sort of thinking ignores the modern game and the climatic conditions that doesn't leave India with the dust bowls they used to have.
