well thankfully my daughter NEVER spit up anything, but then again she lovessss to eat lol. but my cousin her baby always'd did, i mean bad. the doc. told her that some babies just cant handle to food on there stomache, and it causes them to do that. It will go away believe it or not. i think my cousins baby stopped around 9 mths or so, or when she started crawling really good. but just because you go outside and smoke that scent is still all around you and in your clothes. just use the big bibs, so you want have to change him so much
