How do I tell my friend that he is bad friend?

Honestly, nobody needs a friend that like. You don't need to be treated like that and you shouldn't be letting him treat you like that. Hang out with other friends or get to know some other people better so you don't need to rely on him anymore. Sure you guys can stay friends but with his behavior you two will never really be true best friends.
