Can I get married in the Army?

I am leaving for BCT in October and I am currently single. I am engaged but I was wondering, do I have to seek permission to be married in the Army? Can I get married after I am out of BCT and A school? and after BCT do you come home for leave, or do you report to A school and take leave sometime in A school? Thanks for any help!
