How much credibility should I give these people ?

This was done years ago, with Don Pedro Albizu Campos,the top leader of the Puerto Rican Independence Movement, while in prison. Also at about the same time soldiers were given LSD, without knowing it, some became psychotic, while 1 or 2, committed suicide. So it's nothing new, but we have to watch out with these new technologies.
