Is Prez Obama just George W. Bush on steroids, e.g., Afghanistan, Patriot Act?

what it means is that the Patriot Act is necessary in dealing with terrorism and that we must stop the Taliban in Afghanistan. We can't just roll over and play dead while terrorists take over the world.
