Im pretty sure that this is not appendicietis but just to make sure?

In my right lower pelvis area i have a little pain once every 24 hours. i did all the test to see if it is appendicitis, i did these test: lifting right leg and seeing if there is a pain, and pushing down on the spot and seeing if there was a pain when releasing and there wasnt. so i dont think it's appendicitis, what are the other possibilities of what else it could be? Thank you! PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!
