How to breed male eevees in pokemon platinum?(without ditto) for nat. dex?

hi can u help me with my problem? i tried to breed eevee(male) and pikachu(female) but it always give out pichu. or just help me where to find a computer trainer who has umbreon or a leafeon in platinum. tnx ^^
