How do I get a stripped screw out from cell phone?

I was doing repairs to my phone when all of a sudden I checked the top of the screw where the cross was. The phillips screwdriver completely removed the cross. So now there is no way to turn the damn thing. Theses are very tiny screws. Any Suggestions?
