Honey... I just finished my freshman year of high school, and it took until recently to realize that if a guy doesn't ask you out, he probably never will. I have spent countless hours listening to sappy love songs while thinking about a guy, and it leads to a long path of nothing. Invite him to your party, and have fun! Just know that if he doesn't ask you out, it sincerely means that he doesn't want to. Try watching that movie "He's just not that into you". It's a stupid movie, but the message is clear. Good luck!
